Core69 was made using the more general WOD (workout of the day).
In contrast to the WOD, with the Core69 we will always emphasise the core and other muscles that contribute to a good and stable body pattern and ultimately develop a strong and resilient body. Core69 is the ideal foundation if you are currently experiencing complaints or if you want to prepare yourself for more intense lessons such as the WOD or kickboxing.
