Bite, swallow, leave or ready, set, go? No time to get in a good workout after work? Our breakfast and lunch workouts give you the possibility to fit in a full workout before or during work. Because the 30-minute classes are just as effective as an hour long workout, you’ve still got enough time for other things. So, are you going to be a bite, swallow, leave-er, or a ready, set, go-er?
What can you expect from our breakfast- & lunch workouts?
A common excuse that is used for not having to work outexercise is "I don't have time." Of course we understand that exercising next to work can take a lot of time. But with our breakfast and lunch workouts, time only plays a small role.

For example, we do a whole 60-minute workout in just 30 minutes while the effectiveness remains the same. These workouts, as the name says, take place before work or during lunch break. Furthermore, all classes are accessible and based on the arenagym periodisation, just like that of pro-athletes. This way you know that there’s no overlap in the workouts from the days before or days after. So, what’s holding you back? Not time!
