We are going to map out the Physis methodology and your discussion about what your goal is, why you want to achieve this goal and what it takes to achieve this effectively. This way we know exactly where your biggest energy leaks are, what to do first and what will be the key to success.

After completing the intake, you start the onboarding program. In this we prepare you well so that you can achieve quick results in a safe way.

Onboarding program: fundamentals MVMNT
Consists of 2 lessons that revolve around your movement pattern.
Is your back stable? How is the range of motion of your ankles and shoulders? Do we see crazy things in your running or squat profile? Get a winning analysis + tips to improve your movement pattern so that you reach quickly without injuries.
Onboarding program: fundamentals MVMNT
During the fundamentals KCKBXNG you will learn all basic techniques, footwork and combinations in 2 lessons so that you and can participate responsibly in a kickboxing class. It's more complicated than you think, so pay attention!
Onboarding program: fundamentals CRSSFT
During the fundamentals CRSSFT you will learn all 9 fundamental exercises that underlie all CrossFit
workouts. You will also learn about the CrossFit terminology and how you can outsmart workouts tactically.

3. MEMBER

Congratulations, you have successfully completed your onboarding program and you know through the extensive intake now exactly which things you have to work on. You have formulated a goal and the conditions to meet yourself to go to work are created. It is time to opt for membership.

Now it is a matter of persistence. If you consistently make the right choices every week and stick to it
then you will achieve your goal in the long run, but only then.
